Why We Tithe and Donate?
Tithing is an act of obedience and trust. It honors God as our provider (Proverbs 3:9) and supports the church’s mission (Malachi 3:10). It teaches us to put God first and grow in generosity.
Offerings go beyond the tithe. They’re given freely out of gratitude, compassion, or joy (2 Corinthians 9:7). They help the poor, fund missions, and reflect God’s generous heart (John 3:16).
Both tithing and giving are ways we worship, bless others, and grow spiritually.
